TI’s C2000 devices are 32-bit digital signal controllers integrated with high performance peripherals and optimized DSP core designed for real-time control. The C2000 devices can execute many complex control algorithms at speeds required by demanding control applications.
Most of TI’s C2000 development kit can support an industry-standard DIMM form factor slot to match various controlCARDs which are complete board level, low-profile modules that utilize uniform gold finger interface.
C2000 Digital Power Experimenter Kit (DPEK) is an excellent tool suitable for hardware or software design engineers who want to explore the concept of digital power supply design.

- Active load for transient response testing (switching timing controlled by ECAP peripheral)
- Voltage input and output measurements via ADC

- Current measurement for each channel monitored by ADC
- Over-current protection and fault flag detection via GPIO
- Closed loop digital control with voltage feedback using F28x on-chip ePWM and ADC
