This role is for Cad Soft, part of the Premier Farnell group of companies. The role is managing a small team and therefore it is essential we have a leader to manage this team of experts.
The main purpose of this strategic role is to lead the management and development of CadSoft software to maximise sales and profitability and grow the company.To ensure the delivery of the annual budgeted results and the implementation of the agreed business strategy for CadSoft.
Responsible for the ongoing development and deployment of CadSoft software and agreed commercial software technologies.
It is essential that the successful job holder has a sales and marketing background, ideally within the electronics industry and understanding of Eagle Software.
This role is the bridge from Cad Soft to the rest of Premier Farnell, and therefore you should be able to navigate round a large organisation.
P&L management is a desirable, but the main factor is the understanding of CAD, inspirational leadership who can influence.
