This month, we are recognising Ryszard for his great contribution to the community showing great experise in his field. Ryszard will receive a mixed box of goodies.

Ryszard Milewicz– Engineer in Power Management and Solid State Lighting Circuits from Poland.

A little about Ryszard: "I'm IT specialist and mixed signal design engineer. My interest in electronics is dated back into late 70's when I read a book called 'Modern toys - electronics at home, work, school'. I found hundreds of schematics and ideas in this book, which inspired me to make first electronic experiments - for example electronic percussion (Kraftwerk was very popular those days). In 80's I began to learn computers with famous Sinclair ZX81 (1kB of RAM - currently even small microcontrollers have more).

Now I design power management and solid state lighting circuits among others. I'm also engaged in machine-to-machine communication projects, software development on microcontrollers and PC. I also help students to improve their projekt-piwo.pl light show.

I like to find nonstandard applications for ICs."
