Wayne Freeman is product marketing manager with Microchip’s Security, Microcontroller & Technology Development Division. In this role, he is responsible for defining, managing and promoting Microchip’s low pin count 8-bit PIC® microcontrollers and related development tools. Mr. Freeman has held various marketing positions in the semiconductor and software industries, including positions with Intel, Sygate Networks (now Symantec) and Motorola/Freescale Semiconductor. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida..
