Jack Ganssle

Jack Ganssle is an expert in the field of embedded systems. Ganssle has started, developed and subsequently sold three electronics companies, one of which was recognised as a world leading producer of embedded development tools. He has also been involved with the development of over 100 embedded products such as in-circuit emulators and underwater navigation equipment. Ganssle is also a well respected writer and lecturer.

 

He is the technical editor of Embeded systems programming magazine for which he contributes a monthly column as well as editor of the free bi-weekly email newsletter, The Embedded Muse. However he has also published over 600 articles and 6 books on different aspects of embedded development. Ganssle has contributed at numerous conferences on electronics and software across the globe and has presented the keynote speech at many major events including 3 Embedded Systems Conferences. Ganssle has numerous other achievements including being voted, Most Significant Embedded Individual in 2008.
