Bluetooth
Bluetooth is a short-range wireless communication standard, which supports efficient communication between devices. Bluetooth is utilized in a number of applications, but is most prominent in the mobile handset market, where it is now the connection of choice for data and voice communications to external peripherals. Bluetooth operates in the 2.4 GHz ISM band and employs frequency-hopping and time division multiple access to reduce interference and make efficient use of the available spectrum.
