When you think of Cleveland, Ohio you most likely think of the Cuyahoga River catching on fire, the various sports debacles or its infamous moniker "The Mistake on the Lake". Growing up in the City on the the Lake there has always been an endearing since of pride in this blue collar community. I love Cleveland, I love its food, the eclectic culture, and the attitude of a people who will never give up (even on the Cleveland Browns...Oy) on its city.

It was much to my delight to hear that Ingenuity Cleveland, a non profit focused on shining an artistic light (literally) on technology.in the Cleveland area was working with MAKE magazine to bring a Mini Maker Faire to the shores of Lake Erie. Myself and a few members of our North American transactional site, Newark element14, were lucky enough to meet hundreds of local Makers, show off the Raspberry Pi and the element14 Community..and make a few friends along the way.

Enjoy some of the pictures below of this great event, courtesy of our friends at Ingenuity Cleveland ..(and a few of out own)
