RoboCup is an international robotics competition. The aim is to develop autonomous soccer robots with the intention of promoting research and education in the field of artificial intelligence. This group is in support of the international competition and the many teams of students within the element14 community interested and actively participating in RoboCup.
The official goal of the project:
By mid-21st century, a team of fully autonomous humanoid robot soccer players shall win a soccer game, complying with the official rules of FIFA, against the winner of the most recent World Cup.
