The Export Control Organisation introduced an updated UK Strategic Export Control List on 31st August 2010. The changes to the List are to the Military and UK National Lists. This was a tidying up of the Lists after the last Wassenaar changes in December 2009. There were some changes to the way certain prpoellants are dealt with and the UK National Controls on explosives (PL8001) were moved out of the Military List and into the UK Dual use Lists.
