High Accuracy High Current Sensors

Hi,

I'm looking for a current sensor that can monitor high current 100s of Amps very accurately, i.e. to within a few tenths of a percent.

Has any one ever come across anything that can do this?

Most of the ones I can find are only acurate to about +/-0.5% at best.

Will this do you:

DC accuracy
Offset
Initial Iso < 50 ppm
Drift vs. Temp. Iso, temp < 0.5 ppm / K
Drift vs.supply voltage Iso, supply < 3 ppm / %
Transfer ratio
Deviation Nd < 2 ppm
Deviation vs. Temp. Nd, temp < 0.3 ppm / K
Deviation vs. Time Nd, time < 1 ppm / month
Linearity
Deviation Xd < 3 ppm

I know of 2 companies delivering Hall sensor current sensors.Maybe this adds to your information on the topic.

I have this devices in a motordrive. You need to terminate them with a very precise resistor. Calibrate manual?
