5S Template. Your way to improvement?

5S - Sort; Straighten; Shine; Standardise; Sustain. A la PDCA Plan Do Check Act but very applicable to a workplace or constant process. Give it a go but keep evidence of how it was before you did the exercise (ideally photograph or draw it out on paper) so you can sustain the improvement & not fall back

 

SORT : Remove what is not needed and keep what is needed
STRAIGHTEN : Place things in such a way that they can be easily reached whenever they are  needed
SHINE : Keep things clean and polished no trash or dirt in the workplace
STANDARDIZE :Maintain cleanliness and order with discipline and consistency
SUSTAIN :A commitment towards continuous learning and improvement
