Open Source Eye Tracking

I just listened to an interesting talk about open source eye tracking project at the Open Hardware Summit:

The EyeWriter project is an ongoing collaborative research effort to empower people who are suffering from ALS with creative technologies.

    Hi Drew,

     

    The video is a truly inspiring application of engineers helping someone communicate and create while totally disabled.

    My hat is off to those who volunteered to build this equipment.  They are true heros and an excellent example of someone people should strive to be like.

     

    Thanks for bringing this effort to our attention.  Well done.
