smps driver  ic in  8pin package having h bridge drive configuration

Dear sir. I want an ic in 8 pin package which is having inbuilt oscilator in h bridge mode for a switch mode power supply one more thing i want to measure voltage of 600v ac and current of 5amps at 30kh frequency can you suggest any make and model for such multi meter
