Command scpi sent directly in URL using the lan connection

I am trying to use the browser and also the HTML to control my Agilent E4980A.

I cannot find any real reference on how to access the instrument by http request POST/GET

I use the browser and to send a FETC? I need first to pass a password step and then go to a remote page.

Is there a way to send the scpi command by my own web page?
