Really basic question I think.
I need to attach the end of a single wire to the middle of an existing wire. I believe there are connectors designed for this but I am just not sure what I want for this speciffic a
issue or where to get them.
Any help appreciated.

Home Depot sell a "T" type spice like what you are refering to. Theyre good for up to about #16 awg wire (I think)?? Theyre red in color.
