Load Google Translate Hey all,
My company is in search of a toschiba component in a SIP-9 (single in line 9 pins) package.
The text imprinted on the component is: Toshiba 0615K
T 2 5 6 3 JAPAN
In attachment some pictures in a pdf.
Can anyone help me find a datasheet or/and stock of this components.
For candidate suppliers, we would buy thousands of them...
Sometimes the numbers on IC's give no relevant information at all
.
The board looks pretty old to me, so the IC may well have been repalced with a newer version.
Have you already found out what each pin does?
My guess is that the IC has been declared "end of life" a long time ago, and you need to find a replacement.
I'd advise you to check each pin's voltage/signal.
Hope this helps
Greetings! You're from Belgium I see! Leuven is one of my all time favorite places to visit!
So... I'm going to guess that your board is some kind of motor controller?
Your little 9 pin widget *may* be a container for one or more optoisolated TRIACs... YMMV... Definitely obsolete... Motorola used to have a pretty good line of TRIACs... You might try contacting Freescale (assuming Freescale picked that line up)...
You're probably looking at a redesign... I am curious, though... If this board is manufactured by your company, how is it that folks don't know what that device is? (I can make about a dozen guesses, based on the apparent age of the board, but more than anything else, I'm curious...)
Good luck!
Best Regards,
/jw
Sorry, no result:
http://www.chip1stop.com/search.do
even by the search term "東芝" 0615K T2563.
If you fill in their "Estimate Form" in Japanese, you might be able to find a supplier...
(BTW I'm a tech interpreter/translator Eng<-> Jpn based in London.)
Last time I usead anything in ZIP package it was DRAM memory, so it could be DRAM - the '256' in the part no. points that way as well although I'd have expected a 'TC' prefix. The '0615' is probably a date code for week 15, 2006.
Sorry I can't be more help.
Andy
This IC is used in car modules controlling turn signal indicators and glow plugs, so its application is automotive.
It so happens that the Turn Signal Lights/Indicators are driven by a 5-terminal, twin-contact 12V relay. When you use either the Key, or the Remote Control (fob) to either lock/arm or .... fun little things on this car — door lock modules; turn signal stalk switch; make-up mirror (vanity) lights; Glow Plug harness
Thanks all,
We've found a supplier in china, I got my first badge of 50 yesterday .
But as a precaution we've also started a re-design.
Purpose of the part is ignition spark plug control.
Am trying to re look at yesterdays webcast. Click on the link but nothing displayed.
I would like learn in what relay of turn there can be this microcircuit Toshiba T2563. Thankful in advance!
