TCAM implementation in FPGA

I want to implement a 128K entry capable TCAM memory in an FPGA.It supports both 72 and 144 bit IP lookups. I want to use DDR3 RAM memory with FPGA and gain optimal speed of search. Can you suggest from where I should start???
