Attaching an android enabled motherboard to a lcd display

Hi

I want to know if there are manufacturers that can make lcd displays with a motherboard that has the android os installed. The unit doesnt need to be able to receive tv signals. I have seen some Chinese manufacturers that make an add on that connects to a tv and runs android. But my search simply doesnt need a tv circuit and thus can save on costs.
