"Unauthorized" message when I try to open my blog

When I'm logged-in and try to open my project's blog

http://www.element14.com/community/projects/simple-ne555-sound-generator/blog/2011/10/26/simple-ne555-sound-generator--video

I obtain message:

"Unauthorized

It appears you're not allowed to view what you requested. You might contact your administrator if you think this is a mistake."

Also this project does not appear on my page. Someone has similar problem?

I am getting a similar 'unautorized' error when trying to view the link I got from a presentation:

The URL in the presentation isn't quite right, the underscore should be a dash.. i.e.

http://www.element14.com/community/docs/DOC-3986

i also have the same problem when i try to start a discussion on the Raspberry Pi page.
Why cant i post something on that page?
