How are we keeping the heat down and our ears cool?

How are we reducing the heat?

Mobile phones transfer more, more and more data. All of this energy tends to transmit itself as heat but I still want to use my phone to my ear when streaming, watching, talking, researching, gaming etc

How are you keeping the heat down & my ear cool?
