I am looking for a similar timer: 38.21.0.024.0060 38.21.0.024.0060 from finder, but input/output needs to be 12VDC.Please advise the part number for the alternative.

12VAC/12VDC means that it is able to operate in 12VDC or 12VAC. Since this is an OR condition, it implies that the the timer can be operate at 12VDC.
Correct me if I am wrong.
