We have a document that has been up for a couple of weeks: http://www.element-14.com/community/docs/DOC-20397
There are 3 SKU links in it - or at least there were. When we first published it, these were working correctly, and were also showing up in the related products at the side. However, now they are no longer showing in the published document - only the text is appearing. Yet, if I go into edit the document, the SKU links are there!

Hi Wendy,
Had you changed your regional settings at all in your e14 profile?
As the links in the docs only have Farnell order codes, they will not work if you change your country setting to US.
If you hadn't changed your preferences, it is possibly that the service from Farnell which supplies the data to the links was down temporarily for maintenance, hence there is no reply to the query from e14, so the links don't go active and there is no data to populate the related products box.
I haven't messed with my regional settings (I certainly have not moved
), so I expect it was a temporary glitch in the system. Computers, eh! Thanks for answering anyway!
