Bug in comments to events

Hi all!

I think I found a bug...

I tried to comment an event in "road test", but the "Add a comment" link just sent me at the top of the page, without any comment box. I tried all the browser I have on my pc (Firefox, Chrome and IE), but nothing changed...no comment box.

Since I HAD to add that comment I tried a workaround, I changed the site language from "Italian" to "English" and I tried again....IT WORKED!!!

Now I don't have problems with comments anymore, but I think that a fix to this bug can be useful for other italian users of element-14
