Load Google Translate Hi,
Using IE8.
The cropping function for the profile picture does not work.
See picture. The boundary does not respond; will not resize or move.
Can someone investigate? Is it a fix I'm lacking?
Thanks
Joe
We are investigating resolutions to fix this now.
One thing to try in the mean time - expand the canvas with photo editing software and then crop the extra border of canvas when cropping.
Thanks!
Hey,
Thanks for the answer Nicole - I actually tried this but it wouldn't work for some reason - I'll try it again later.
Meantime - good luck with the fix!
Joe
This issue for the cropping photo is not fixed. However, I've found a slight workaround. If you open your photo in Photoshop (or other photo editing software) and expand the canvas around the actual photo when you upload the expanded canvas image you'll be able to resize the photo using the crop tool. This is not a complete fix, the photo will still be in landscape mode, and not portrait mode as it is meant to be.
Same issue here, I tired makeing the photo 160x120 (which is the size of the bounding box that can't be resized) however the bonding box then becomes 128x96. Each time I resize the photo, the bounding box get smaller and smaller, so no matter how many times I resize the canvas the bounding box is a smaller portion of the over all photo.
IE8 as well
It's because you have the letters L, E and R in your name.
I managed it! I used Google Chrome instead.
I can't delete my custom avatar though
