Need help with design for efficient power supply for induction heating

I need help in designing power supply for domestic heating appliance. Specs are as follows:

Input AC line voltage 110V

Power to the coil 1500W

Operating Frequency 100-300KHz

Target BOM (Qt 100K) $30

Target Efficiency 95%

I am thinking of Quasi-resonant Converter, IGBT's

I will appreciate your comments on all aspects of design : alternative topologies, IGBT drivers etc

Pointers to application notes.
