Load Google Translate Hi to all,
how to find the right Voltage regulator ?
Customer requirements are : Vreg 3,3V 8-12bit, about 200KHz, small SMT outline,
the output range should cover 0 - 3 Volts ! This is the critical criteria !
Who may have an idea or suggestion ?

Hi,
You may find devices from Microchip which go down to 0.8V here .
They either use PWM or PWM+PFM but switching frequency is in the range of 2MHz...
regards
How about this from TI?

SSOP power pad packaging so it isn't micro-small but it does integrate the switching transistor so saves board space. DAC controllable and specced down to 280kHz. It will also go down to -0.3v
If you are really pushed for board space it may be better to go linear and use a negative offset on the control pin.
