Electrical Arc Flash -Solution

There is high risk to life of humans in electric power distribution systems, Danger to human life’s, damage to infrastructure etc, the reason for all these issues is Electric arc, the reason is not having enough awareness, negligence, poor maintenance, insulation failures, electrical spikes, animal interferences etc. Arc flash is a major electrical hazards , Heard GE developed Elecrtical Arc vault power systems to eliminate this risk, do any one of you know more about this product functionality ? is this really possible ?
