Hi Greg,

You did attach yourself to your company correctly. Currently, the company field is free text entry so you may enter "TPC WIRE & CABLE" and then someone else enters "TPC Wire and Cable" (see below)

We are working on a way to show any entry a user gives as a drop down list so if you're company is already there, you can select it instead of entering it with another slight variation.

However, the search on element14 is quite good. If you search for TPC Wire & Cable, you'll get back a list of all of the users who have that as their company, even with variations.
