| Belgium | 1,2-dimethoxyethane; ethylene glycol dimethyl ether (EGDME) | Dihydroxy Ethers (Solvent) |
| ECHA | C.I. Basic Blue 26 ([4-[[4-anilino-1-naphthyl][4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]methylene]cyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-ylidene]dimethylammonium chloride) | Aminoaromates (Dye) |
| ECHA | C.I. Basic Violet 3 | Aminoaromates (Dye) |
| ECHA | C.I. Solvent Blue 4 (α,α-bis[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]-4 (phenylamino)naphthalene-1-methanol) | Aminoaromates (Dye) |
| ECHA | C.I. Solvent Violet 8 (4,4'-bis(dimethylamino)-4''-(methylamino)trityl alcohol) | Aminoaromates (Dye) |
| ECHA | Michler’s Base (N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl-4,4'-methylenedianiline) | Aminoaromates (Dye) |
| ECHA | Michler’s Ketone (4,4'-bis(dimethylamino)benzophenone) | Aminoaromates (Dye) |
| Germany | Diboron trioxide, boric oxide | Substances containing boron (Fluxing agent, starting material, glass additive, capping layer, catalyst) |
| Germany | Formamide | Amides (Cryopreservation, RNA stabiliser, solvent, amine preparation) |
| The Netherlands | Lead(II) bis(methanesulfonate) | Substances containing lead (Electroplating) |
| The Netherlands | TGIC (1,3,5-tris(oxiranylmethyl)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-trione) | Epoxides (Curing agent in weather-resistant powder coatings) |
| The Netherlands | β-TGIC (1,3,5-tris[(2S and 2R)-2,3-epoxypropyl]-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-trione) | Epoxide (Commercial TGIC is a mixture two optical stereoisomers, α and β) |
Dossiers expected to be submitted in the future (beware of using any regrettable substitutions!) are:
| Submitter | Substance | Uses |
|---|---|---|
| Austria (30/1/2012) | Diisopentylphthalate | Phthalates (Plasticiser) |
| Germany (28/01/2013) | Perfluorooctanic acid (PFOA) | Fluorinated substances (Processing aid for fluoropolymers) |
| Germany (28/01/2013) | Ammoniumpentadecafluorootanoate (APFO) | Fluorinated substances (Derivative of PFOA - Processing aid for fluoropolymers) |
| Poland (28/01/2013) | Di-n-pentyl phthalate | Phthalates (Plasticiser) |
ENDS Europe have also reported that Denmark have submitted a dossier suggesting the banning of chromium VI is banned from use in leather goods.
