I know what you’re thinking, “nice photoshopped picture”, but it’s actually not. Thanks to the Indian railways, an old unused engine, which would have been shown the doors to the scrapyard, has got a fresh lease of life – it’s been transformed into a mobile garbage collector. Made in the Parel workshop, by Central Railway engineers, this one took shape when the authorities were toying with the idea of building an effective garbage disposal system on wheels. For over a week now, CR officials have been operating this cleaner-on-wheels every night on some of the dirtiest stretches on the central line—between Kurla and Wadala stations, and CST and Masjid station. This is one mod idea tantamount to a Mr. Heck project.
