Rachael won the Tektronix MSO2002B Oscilloscope. The idea was to pass on her library of tools and utilities written in ULP for EAGLE.
Yahya will receive a Weller WX 2020 Soldering Station for creating a ULP that makes creating packages for libraries easier.
Inderpreet will receive the Fluke 87-5 Digital Multimeter. The project focuses on simplifying adding board outlines and including rounded corners.
From the Autodesk and element14 Team of Judges:
Grand Prize - Rachael Peterson
"Rachael has been one of the most active forum users in recent memory and that same dedication came through in her ULP collection. Her documentation was the best of all of the submissions we received and her ULPs implemented some clever functionality that isn't currently in EAGLE.
The addHole.ulp is especially noteworthy because it makes it easier to leverage imported DXF outlines to achieve a finished board geometry in fast manner. We were also very impressed by how easy her ULPs were to setup and use, we are certain that the community will benefit from here contributions."
Runner Up - Yahya Tawil
"We were really impressed by Yayha's interpretation of a part creation tool. Most ULPs that aid in creating components usually ask for all of the components parameters and then generate a finished part based on those parameters.
Yayha's tool is more of an assistant which allows the user full control over what portions of the package or symbol can be automated. It's a very interesting concept and the implementation is well done. Yayha’s has contributed to the community with his blog posts and we are certain that he will continue to be an asset to the community for a long time."
3rd Place - Inderpreet Singh
"Inderpreet's entry can serve as a basis for newcomers to the ULP language to build and learn. There have been other tools that make board outlines but his interface is intuitive and it works well. We look forward to seeing more contributions from him in the future."

FAQs and Resources
Why Design with EAGLE?
'EAGLE' (the Easy Applicable Graphical Layout Editor) is powerful PCB design software tailored to meet the needs of professional engineers, makers and students!
What's A ULP?
A ULP is a C-like 'User Language Program' for data export and import for the realization of self-defined commands. Most commonly used, but not limited to, the exporting of custom Bill of Materials, the creating of library components, the detailing of statistical reports such as schematic and board designs.
ULPs are featured designed into EAGLE to allow users to generate their own processes to automate tasks that would otherwise be tedious and time consuming. While most users know that this functionality exists, very few want to write their own scripts. A casual user would have to expend more time learning the system and designing/testing their code than just completing the task at hand.
