I hit a little stumbling block with the FRAM. I added a small delay ( CyDelay(10) ) to my UART printing code, and things worked better after that.
I ran a simple unit test in which I wrote the entire contents of the FRAM with an increasing counter, and then read the data back. As you can see in this plot, the data that was returned matched the expected up slope of the counter pattern. This is great news for my project, as it means that I can start logging real temperature data soon!
