Challenge Update

sorry it has been so long updating, I have been working on getting a single strap that would measure temperature, heart rate, and breathing rate.  I have found that getting all 3 does not seem possible with my current configuration so I have resolved to get one done at a time so that I can complete the challenge on time.  I have the arduino reading the heart rate strap(I used an off the shelf strap from a heart rate monitor) and transmitting the data to the beaglebone black using xbee ...

I bought a Beaglebone black to setup as my sample phone app, with the intention of putting android on it.  I wanted something that could be moved with the project so that I could send it with someone for testing.  I did not however figure on having hardware that is not recognized by android.  This should have been my first thought however this is an example of not thinking of every detail and concentrating on the most important part of a project and not every part of a project. ...

Sudden Impact

I have spent most of today working on my parts order to get things I do not have. Just a tip for those that have not done the email for your extra parts, you can do the order then download it as a csv file.   I have also decided the only way I can simulate the full team is build 1 unit and use a Beaglebone Black to simulate the rest of the team as to testing bandwidth.  I am excited to work on this project, it will be an exciting month for me.  I wish everyone else luck and c ...
