As I mentioned in Blog #9  that I need to change bigger motor and do the cover for the grinder. Here is the picture of my handmade cover. I bought the new bigger motor and yes it consumes more current.   My current motor driver did not work anymore. I had changed from full bridge to half-bridge with HB1, HB2, HB3, HB4 connect to low side. I do need to change my Arduino program too. This week I had finished assembly all parts together which are 1) Put belt for Grinder’s Motor. 2) Assembly EM Container and Values. 3) Assembly Control Box, On/Off Switch, and 12 V adapter. 4) Wiring all motors and servo. 5) Cover Screw for Stirring rod. This week I spent most of the time to assembly the machine by putting all components together.  As I mentioned in Blog #7 the power supply cannot supply enough current. This week I spend most of the time on programming. There are three main parts that have been done.   1) Improve Servo control by using analogWrite() function. This function will send PWM pulse continuously to the Servo.  The frequency of the PWM will be set by setAnalogWriteFrequency (PIN, PERIOD in ms ). We use 22 to get the most nearly 50 Hz. This week I concentrate on Servo control and create valve for EM substance.  After my further research,  I found that we can use analogWrite() command to send  PWM duty cycle to the servo. This is convenience to control servo, but you need to specify the PWM  frequency at startup with setAnalogWriteFrequency (SERVO_EM, 22). 22 is the period in ms. This week I spend most of my time in programming for 3D sensor and Servo control.
