QPX750SP DC Power Supply
The QPX750SP is a single output 750W unit housed in a compact 3U half rack width case with front ventilation and low noise fan assisted cooling. Front and rear power and sense terminals make it equally at home on the bench or in a rack. PowerFlex+ regulation means that the QPX750SP is capable of voltages of up to 80V and currents up to 50A within a 750W power envelope. A balanced multi-phase converter system minimizes ripple and improves dynamic performance. This provides unusually low noise for the power level, coupled with good transient response.

MX100Q and MX100QP Quad DC Power Supplies
The MX100Q and MX100QP are the latest in the MX series multi-mode multi-output DC supplies. The MX100Q uses mixed mode regulation to provide up to 420W of power, split across up to four outputs. This series differs from most other multi-output power supplies in offering full capabilities on all outputs. When higher power is required, up to two outputs can be disabled to provide twice the power from one or two outputs - up to 210 watts. There are two variants: the MX100Q is the standard bench model, and the MX100QP the programmable version with LAN/LXI, USB and RS232 fitted. A GPIB interface is available for the MX100QP as a customer or factory fit option.

Power Supplies and Loads
Since the first Thandar signal generators in the 1980s, Aim-TTi has been producing a range of practical and effective waveform generators. Models range from analogue units to sophisticated digital arbitrary generators. Recent developments include the TGP3100 Series which includes true pulse generation capabilities using all digital techniques, able to replicate the capabilities of traditional pulse generators whilst adding many additional facilities such as pulse modulations.
In this category we find programmable bench multimeters, LCR meters, frequency counters and the innovative I-prober positional current probe, particularly well suited to non-destructively probing currents in PCB traces.
RF & EMC Test
As well as mains harmonics EMC measurement tools, Aim-TTi also produce a range of specialist RF signal generators capable of working up to 6GHz including models with digital modulation options. This category also includes the PSA series of hand-held spectrum analyzers capable of measuring up to 6GHz which has been popular with field technicians, particularly in the broadcast sector, since its inception.

CPX Series DC Power Supplies
The CPX series seems to hit a sweet spot for many people and sells in large numbers. The combination of traditional controls and clear LED displays with modern features such as PowerFlex regulation and digital control provides all that most people need from a power supply. Within the range, it's the that is the most popular. This is a two channel device, each channel capable of up to 60V or 20A within a 420W power envelope and includes RS232, USB, GPIB and LXI/LAN interfaces. MX Series DC Power Supplies
The MX series is both multi-range and multi-channel: it consists of 3 and 4 channel models where each channel can operate independently in different ranges (giving different combinations of maximum voltage and current), or the channels can be linked to provide extended voltage and current capabilities. The outputs can be switched on and off together or in sequence with programmable delays. As with all Aim-TTi power supplies, sense terminals are provided to make sure that regulation is at the load, not the source. For more information, please see the MX Series Product Tour
PSA Series Handheld RF spectrum analyzers
There are actually two PSA Series: the PSA Series 2 and the PSA Series 5. Although looking almost identical, they are, in fact, quite different architectures and the PSA Series 5 has more digital features and higher bandwidth options (PSA Series 2 up to 2.7GHz and the PSA Series 5 up to 6GHz). The main trade-off, other than price, is that the PSA Series 2 has more than double the battery life due to its lower power consumption. They sell well into markets such as broadcast where identifying channel spectrum allocation issues and tracing sources of interference on location can be a problem. I-Prober 520 positional current probe
Unlike the products from another manufacturer, the I in the I-prober is capitalized and refers to current. The I-prober 520 is special because it uses a patented miniaturized version of a fluxgate magnetometer with special material properties to enable measurement of current in a PCB trace or wire from DC to 5MHz. It is sensitive enough to measure the earth's magnetic field, but it's probably more useful for connecting to an oscilloscope and "seeing" the current in ground planes or PCB traces.
