The code was re-written and we're re-enabling lazy loading of images within content. We don't ...
It's been a while since we rolled out any new features. There was a bug-fix and minor platform update earlier this month, but it didn't contain anything noteworthy that warranted a blog post from me   Last night we deployed a fairly large update to the site, although the number of member-facing changes is relatively short. Dark Mode

Posted by Matt Collinge element14 Team Jun 20, 2018
I've been toying with the idea of a Dark Mode/theme for Community.. but then stumbled across this Chrome Extension which does a pretty good job on any site, without the need for any coding   https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/dark-reader/eimadpbcbfnmbkopoojfekhnkhdbieeh     It's not perfect, but in general it works well & is worth a look if you want to give your eyes a rest. ...
In the release last month, we fixed video uploads so that webinars/screencasts get encoded with a higher resolution. This is especially useful when they show code snippets or IDEs.   However, what we also needed to do is go back and re-encode all the existing videos with this new HD profile, which is something we completed yesterday.   You should now find that any screencasts show a HD indicator & a quality selector like this;     Here are a few examples;   ht ...
(I've been so busy lately I'd forgotten to post these updates.. )   Our next site update is due in early July and will fix a number of issues we've found after the platform upgrade we performed in May. Many of the issues were due to changes by the vendor; our team has fixed a lot of them, but we're still waiting on them for other bug fixes, such as code getting stripped out of the editor, and the annoying jump to the top of the page which has returned. We do our best to test each site upda ...
