    Q: I have attempted to reset my password, but am getting an error message “Wrong Token”.  What should I do?

    A: If your token sent to you for resetting your password does not work. please email us communitymanager@element14.com or private message element14support and supply us with your current username, email address with the subject line being reset password and the team will reset your password manually for you.
