    Overview

    The Bluetooth and MSP430 Audio Source reference design can be used by customers to create a variety of applications for low-end, low-power audio source solutions for applications including toys, projectors, smart remotes and any audio streaming accessories. This reference design is a cost-effective audio implementation and with full design files provided allows you to focus your efforts on application and end product development. This reference design also provides a royalty-free certified Bluetooth stack (Bluetopia).

    • Design offloads audio processing from MCU to the Bluetooth device which enables low power audio
    • Cost-effective low end wireless audio solution with a four layer layout and QFN packages
    • Core of the solution is TI's SimpleLink™ CC2564 which offers best-in-class Bluetooth performance ( 12dBm output power) leading to robust connection over long range
    • CC256x and Bluetopia stack both have Bluetooth Subsystem QDIDs allowing you to only need a Bluetooth End Product Listing
    • This circuit design is tested and includes firmware, demo and wiki page for quick start guide

    Which camera module is used in the LOGI-CAM?
    The LOGI-CAM-2LOGI-CAM-2 uses the OV7670 or the OV7725 camera modules.

    What type of sensor / camera chip does the camera module use?
    The LOGI-CAM-2's OV7670 / OV7725 uses a CMOS sensor with a VGA resolution of 640x480 and image transfer rate of 30fps for VGA. It also uses a progressive scan mode for data acquisition.

    What are LOGI-Boards? Why do I need them?
    The LOGI-Boards are FPGA development boards and feature the Spartan 6 FPGA. They are desgined to interface with a host platform such as the Raspberry PI, or BeagleBone Black. The Logi boards are required because the LOGI-CAM-2LOGI-CAM-2 will not plug directly into the Raspberry PI or BeagleBone black. It needs to connect to a Logi-Board which then connects to the host platform your using.

    What operating system for Raspberry PI is compatible with the LOGI-CAM-2LOGI-CAM-2 module?
