    Overview

    mikroLab for dsPIC is a complete solution for low pin count dsPIC30 MCUs (DIP 18, 28 and 40 packagins). The kit contains EasyPIC v7 for dsPIC30, a mikroC for dsPIC compiler license, a selection of accessories, and a free license for Visual GLCD.

    16-bit PICs lie in the middle-ground, providing an easy way to upgrade from 8-bit PICs, but a more cost-effective solution compared to 32-bit PICs. The diverse MCU offering includes eXtreme Low Power MCUs and high performance digital signal controllers.

    EasyPIC™ v7 for dsPIC30® is our seventh generation dsPIC® development board. It’s loaded with modules you will need in development of your DSP applications. On-board programmer and debugger, CAN support, temperature sensors, display connectors and six I/O groups are just part of the modules on this board. It is delivered with dsPIC30F4013 device.

    mikroC PRO for dsPIC is a full-featured ANSI C compiler for dsPIC30/33 and PIC24 devices from Microchip®. It features intuitive IDE, powerful compiler with advanced SSA optimizations, lots of hardware and software libraries, and additional tools that will help you in your work. Compiler comes with comprehensive Help file and lots of ready-to-use examples designed to get you started in no time. Compiler license includes free upgrades and a product lifetime tech support, so you can rely on our help while developing.

    Visual GLCD is a standalone application used for rapid development of graphical user interfaces for GLCD displays. Software generates code compatible with mikroElektronika compilers: mikroC, mikroBasic and mikroPascal, for all suported MCU architectures: PIC, dsPIC30/33, PIC24, PIC32, ARM and AVR. Software implements intuitive environment and many drag-and-drop components which can be used for building applications easily and fast.

    • Use the integrated mikroICD (In-Circuit Debugger) Real-Time debugging tool to monitor program execution on the hardware level.
    • Inspect program flow and debug executable logic with the integrated Software Simulator.
    • Get detailed reports and graphs: RAM and ROM map, code statistics, assembly listing, calling tree, and more.
    • mikroC PRO for PIC provides plenty of examples to expand, develop, and use as building bricks in your projects. Copy them entirely if you deem fit – that’s why we included them with the compiler.
