    The HCPL-0600-500E is a 1-channel 8-pin surface-mount optically coupled Logic Gate Optocoupler combining a GaAsP light emitting diode and an integrated high gain photodetector. An enable input allows the detector to be strobe. The output of the detector IC is an open collector Schottky-clamped transistor. This unique design provides maximum AC and DC circuit isolation while achieving TTL compatibility.
