Home Automation at Your Fingertips with Eclipse SmartHome and openHAB

Event has ended

Eclipse SmartHomeEclipse SmartHome is an open-source platform for building home automation systems. It can be deployed on a Raspberry Pi (and virtually any gateway that can run Java and OSGi) and allows to create rules to control your house heating, lighting, and all your cool gadgets. Not only can your house be autonomous thanks to all these rules, but you can also interact with it from a beautiful smartphone UI, a web browser, or by using REST APIs.
Join Kai and Thomas in this webinar and learn how you can build your very own open home automation solution using Eclipse SmartHome and the wide range of bindings, from EnOcean to Philips Hue, available from the open-source openHAB project. You will also get a sneak peek at a cool design contest organized by the Eclipse Foundation, element14, openHAB UG, Tektronix and EnOcean!
