About

You've got a working prototype, but there are many paths to go down if you want to turn it into a marketable product. In this webinar, Dragon Innovation experts will go deeper on key aspects of bringing a product to market.

Webinar Agenda

1: Identifying your target market

As a business, you need to determine what your demographic is, and "everyone" is not an acceptable answer. Understanding your customer will drive everything from your manufacturing plan to your sales channels to your warranty period.

2: Manufacturing

Once you have a solid understanding of the customer, your main goal is to lay out a manufacturing plan. Having a working prototype is a great starting point, but it's still a long way from the finish line. If you want to get to scale, understanding the right way to get there will prevent a lot of missed turns down the road.

3: Your working prototype

It may look great and work amazingly well, but it's highly unlikely that your initial prototype it is manufacturable. This is where the real work begins, where experience and the right set of tools will determine how good your product can be and how much it will cost you to bring it to market.

4: Q&A
