Note: 6/9/2020 The GitHub project has been updated to support the VS Code development environment.  Note that when you first open the project in VS Code the CMake file generation will fail.  If you open the CMakeLists.txt file, add a space and save the file, then CMake will regenerate the build files and the process will succeed.  If anyone knows how to fix this issue, please add a comment and I'll get it corrected.
