Triton College is having their Summerbotics electronics workshop in June. Antigone is inviting us to drop by and check it out. This invitiation is just drop in as guests, not to demo anything or volunteer (although I'd suspect that she wouldn't say no if someone offered).
Just a quick note to let all of you in the Chicago area know that the Embedded Systems Conference and Expo is retunring to Chicago on June 6 through 8 at the Donald E. Stephens Convetion Center. Chibots will be there for a second year displaying some of its robots.
This is an open invitation to come and visit our booth (which has not been assigned to us yet) and see first hand what we have been up to.
The Chicago Area Robotics Group (AKA Chibots) will be having its monthly meeting this coming Sunday May 15th. The agenda is now available at the Chibots web site. Our monthly presentations introduce the attendees to different topics related to the field of robotics. Other members present their projects in the Show, Tell and Ask Segment. Discussions are welcomed! Our meetings are open to the public, so all are invited to attend.
To comply with Library requirements, I include the following notification:
"The Schaumburg Township District Library provides Library Meeting Room space as a community service. The Library neither sponsors nor endorses this event nor the presenting individual(s) or organization(s).
All meetings, programs and events must be free of charge and open to the public. Fees may not be charged to participate in activities in Library Meeting Rooms and donations may not be solicited, either immediately or at a future time."
Please join us to learn about and have fun with robotics and to meet other people that share the same interest. For more information, please have a look at the agenda for our next meeting at our Web site:
