The Avnet team at this time does not have any plans to update this reference design to 2018.3.
The process to do so is quite significant. My suggestion would be to revert back your Vivado to an earlier release that is compatible with the available reference design.

It would also be nice if there were sufficient developer documentation that we developers could actually write designs for the device. For example, the schematics for the PMOD TDNext board certainly exist, as does the datasheet for the PCA9534, but there is no documentation available for the command set for the TDM114. There is not sufficient information for developing our own designs for the board, and without that information, what's the point of having the board in the first place?

The command set would be the same as the commands for the On Semi MT9M114 module that is featured.
I actually have this data sheet. There is some interesting detail in there, but I can't find in it such basics as setting up the clocks, enabling (triggering) capture, etc. Am I just missing it?
The dilemma of software is updating it. Too much out there and not enough time.
Does anyone have a working Vivado 2018.3 Pmod TDNext TD114 Camera project they are willing to share?
The posted reference designs and demos will no longer work with Vivado 2018.3 One of the video IPs is locked and says it's no longer available or upgradable.
