You will need to get the latest Vivado BDF files from Digilent. Download and install instructions can be found here:

Re: Zedboard Rev.E Board Definition Files
quiniou Jan 8, 2021 2:34 AM (in response to narrucmot)Hi Tom and thank you for your answer,
The github of Digilent provides only Board files for the Zedboard Rev D (board files version 1.3)
https://github.com/Digilent/vivado-boards/tree/master/new/board_files/zedboard
There are no board files for the Zedboard in the "old" folder.
There are the board files version 1.3 and 1.4 for the Zedboard Rev.D in the installation of Vivado 2020.1, but not for the Zedboard Rev.E.

1 of 1 people found this helpfulHi Samuel,
Digilent manufactures and supports the ZedBoard. It will be up to them to supply a Vivado BDF for the rev. E ZedBoard. You will need to contact them for support. Sorry I can't be more help.

Hello,
I want to make a FPGA project with Vivado 2020.1 for a Zedboard Rev.E. The included Board Definition Files in Vivado 2020.1 are in version 1.3 and 1.4 for Zedboard Rev.D. There are no Board Definition Files for the Zedboard Rev.E. With the Board Files 1.4 a Vivado project works on a Zedboard Rev.D but not on a Zedboard Rev.E.
Could you please help me to find the Board Definition Files of the Zedboard Rev.E so I can include them into Vivado 2020.1 ?
Thank you
