I don't know if it is a true spiral but if you take a bunch of concentric circles, where the spacings are all the same, then cut the whole group in half and shift one half over one space, then you can join semicircles that will have consistent spacing and a slightly lopsided "spiral" shape. See the blue spiral below:

Create the spiral adjust stroke width and export png.
A divergence of one gives a spiral where the distance between successive turns remains uniform (an Archimedes' spiral)
