same situation here. Im also not owning a credit card.
After a bit of googling I found a virtual prepaid "credit card" provider: http://www.mywirecard.com/mastercard.html
Since there is no sign up- or annual fee I signed up and registered a virtual mastercard.
I transfered some money to wirecard. Currently I'm waiting for the money to arrive on the wirecard account so I can finally purchase the R-Pi.
Nevertheless I don't really understand why Farnell isn't capable of providing PayPal as a payment option.
I would also not mind paying a extra fee to use PayPal…
Greetings from Munich,
I THINK both RS and Farnell are scrambling to get paypal payments up and running ASAP. These things take time with big companies like RS and Farnell.
I Don't have a creditcard either, I am thinking about getting a prepaid creditcard like moneybookers, v3 or neteller. Just for online payments, but I already have paypal so it is easier for me to wait and see when other payment methods become available.
I just bought a prepaid credit card voucher at https://www.3v.ie/ got a visa code in 5 minutes.
So you mean we should just wait until they support paypal?
today I got an email saying I can preorder now. I was very happy to read this and clicked the link
On the preorder page I've entered my data and saw, there's no way to set PayPal as payment option
I live in germany and I don't have a credit card. Is there any other way to pay for it?
Thanks for help
