reveals their full name, even to not-logged-in guests who would otherwise only see "icdedppl",
even if the author of the post is a not-logged-in guest, as demonstrated here: test
This is somewhat similar to open issue PRE-2040, but in that case, the author of the post is mentioning their own profile,
as opposed to a not-logged-in guest mentioning someone's profile.
