Hello, Element 14!

 

In this blog post, I'll be showing this AC timer switch I made.

 

It basically uses the Arduino as a timer, and you can set this time using the buttons on the top.

Pin 10 of the Arduino is connected to an IRFZ44n mosfet that controls the relay.

And, of course the relay is what switches the outlet on the front on, and off.

 

When you startup the device, it'll ask you to set the timer.

 

 

Once you set the timer, it'll ask you if you want the relay on or off during the countdown.
